True love is not about feelings
of the heart, it’s what you do. It is always about commitment.
True love cares, it gives, it
gets hurt and is willing to die for the one it loves. We know this because the
bible says God is love. He demonstrated His love for us on the cross. That’s
real love. It makes sacrifices. That’s the kind of love that makes any marriage
or relationship last a life time.
It is the kind of love that gives
something puppy love can never do. Real love is what brings emotional, physical
and spiritual oneness in marriages. Puppies and teenagers can be in love but
true love is for grown-ups who are willing to sacrifice for each other with
their actions not their feelings.
